Investment
Underwriting / Loan Amount
Our minimum undertaking is US$ $ 5 Million with no formal
maximum. However each proposal must be financially viable
and legally structured. The CLIENT
must be capable to carry out the objectives of the proposal.
Investment
Term
Investment Underwriting are typically committed for
a ten (10) year period and may vary. Occasionally we
may consider a longer term for large development projects
where the generation of income is delayed due to the
development period. Each proposal is assessed on its
own merits and therefore offers are structured accordingly.
Interest
Rate
For a loan amount in excess of 10M USD, the interest rate
for first year is 7.50%. From the second year until end
of the term, a fixed rate of 5.50% annually. For any loan
amount under 10M USD, the interest rate is negotiable.
Interest
Payments
First year interest is paid in advance
From year two to the end of the term are paid in arrears.
Principal
Repayment
Principal is repaid in one balloon payment at end of
the term. This facility allows the borrower to use the
buildup of capital for the development of the business.
Security
All Class "A" preferred Stock or other negotiable
securities subject to approval of lender.
Use
of Underwriting Investment
Underwriting Investment can be applied for and committed
to any legal and financially verifiable project. The
borrower must undertake to use Investment for legitimate
business purposes only.
Early
Redemption
One
percent (1%) penalty.
Investment
Underwriting Cost
Three
Percent (3%) of Investment / Loan borrowing.

Complete Business Plan.
*
Financial Statement Corporate and Personal.
*
Resume on Principals including Personal and Bank References.

Certified true and accurate copy of Company Incorporation
Papers.

Certified Corporate Resolutions as per the following:
(a) Action taken by the CLIENT approving the transaction.
(b) Authorizing the Company and/or its officers or
directors to enter and execute the Agreements.

The Fiduciary Bank Information.
*
Corporate Attorney Information.
*
Corporate Accounting Firm Information.
*
Certified Passport copies of the Authorized Signatory.
